Rallies
Hardwick Parks is set in 100 acres of parkland and is the ideal central location for rallies. We have plenty of space for small or large rallies on our grass electric pitches. A separate non-electric rally field is available for larger rallies if required.
Our site offers the following amenities for rallies;
We have in total approximately 60 electric pitches (over 2 fields) 4 hardstanding pitches and 75 non-electric pitches (over two fields). We will provide welcome packs for each pitch, and we will work with the organiser to arrange arrivals and pitching etc.
- Air-conditioned shower and toilet block
- The Boat Shed Clubhouse, providing a large internal and external seating area, serving food and drinks and offering entertainment, BBQs, and buffets that can be tailored to your rallies needs
- Water sports facilities including paddle boarding, ringos and kayaking
- Beautiful open park land for walking
- Designated swim areas within our lake

Information
Rallies of 12 or more caravans (including tents / motorhomes) are catered for in low season and we can discuss mid-season requirements. We are unable to accept rallies in the peak season or over bank holiday weekends.
A generous discounted rate is applied to all pitches partaking in the rally for the duration of the rally dates, for customers arriving and departing on the same day. The discount applies only to bona fide affiliated clubs and is applied to the final invoice prior to payment. The rate is dependent on the dates and length of stay for the rally and we will discuss your requirements with you to agree a suitable rate.
For those customers wishing to extend their stay outside of the set rally dates, a separate booking will be made directly with these customers and separate rate agreed with them for the extended dates. Unless otherwise advised we will not seek authority from the organiser for the extra nights as they are separate from the Rally. We will work with the organiser to ensure we allocate the same pitch to ensure minimal disruption.
The pitch price is based on two people in a single unit of accommodation, a car and an awning where required and a maximum of 2 dogs. Additional people, gazebos, pup tents, extra cars etc. may be charged as extras but we are happy to discuss this when booking.
For rallies with 12-19 pitches, we offer 1 free pitch for the rally organiser, and rallies with 20 or more pitches a maximum of 2 free pitches for Rally organisers.
A holding deposit of £200.00 is required to secure the dates and agreed number of pitches. We can extend the number of pitches as required. 28 days prior to arrival we require payment of 50% of the booking charges and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. We are unable to refund any unused part of the booking after this time.
