Our existing static park is in three parts; Willow Walk, Windrush Meadow and Lakeside. There are 54 Lakeside pitches and 63 Windrush Meadow pitches.

All the caravans are privately owned with no sub-letting allowed. Private owners are allowed to re-sell, subject to age and condition, full information can be obtained on request, and we do have a database of people interested in purchasing these holiday homes.

The development of a new area for holiday homes is well under way. The new development is called WILLOW WALK. We have vacant pitches on which we can site all sorts of different makes and models of holiday caravan. The layout plan shows the different Phases of the development. We are carrying out a full programme of landscaping work in conjunction with the pitch development to ensure that when the planting reaches maturity, the development is surrounded by indigenous planting to enhance the pitches and continue the country landscape of the Park.



The pitch fees for the 2009 season are £1,595.00, which includes ground rent, VAT, rates, and all service charges. These fees do not include gas, electricity or water. Gas is supplied via Calor Gas cylinders and electricity is metered individually to each pitch. Our water is from mains supply and will be invoiced on a division basis at the end of the season.

Fishing for immediate family members is included in the Static Park membership, and all other water sports are available on either a daily or membership basis. Full watersports prices can be provided on request.
